Creative Family Yoga
In this creative family yoga class, families will be introduced to yoga, basic asanas (poses), the importance of connecting with our breath, basic mindfulness techniques to help focus attention, calm our minds, and assist with back to school focus. Each class will start with a book and discussion centered on that week’s focus, followed by a 30-minute yoga flow.
